今天2009年09月29日，也不是什么大日子，只是本小姐“牛一”

今年的生日也蛮特别的，但也挺平静的。。

第一次，在离家那么远的国度，过生日。。但我却因为功课繁忙没机会好好享受。。最无奈的事，我今天竟然有点不舒服了。。胃闹别扭了。。

繁忙的功课，很难的作业 让我忽然很想家了。。想要打回家不过爸妈却不在家。。

算了吧！是时候继续“发奋图强“ 了。。

为了我的前途，我拼了。。。加油！

How to Say “NO”

I always have a problem to say “No” ,simply because I don’t like to disappoint  someone.

Come across an article today with a title of ..<Do you have trouble saying no?>

here are the points that mention in the article. hope that it will help you to say NO…in future …

• When the request makes you uneasy. Your gut will usually tell you when you should say no, and you should train yourself to listen to your instincts. Does this feel like a situation where you said yes before and wish you’d declined? Have you recently said to yourself, “My plate is full”?
• When you don’t think you’ll be able to do a good job. If you think you wouldn't be able to do a good job or deliver on time, saying yes won’t result in any good -- either for you or for the person who asked.
• When you are trying to get away from a certain kind of work. Saying yes to one type of work generally leads to more of that type of work, as long as you do a good job. So if you’re trying to move in a new direction, at some point, you will have to start saying no to the kind of work you’re trying to leave behind. 
• Take time to decide, but not too much time. Mastering "no" requires that you consider a request carefully and ask yourself some questions. (If you don’t trust yourself to ask these questions, talk them through with someone who understands your situation.) Does the request meet your goals? Can you do the thing well in the time available? Are you the best person to do it, or does someone else make more sense? Once you’ve decided you are going to decline, reply immediately, giving the person time to find someone else who can handle the request.
• Help solve the problem. If possible, recommend someone else or help craft an alternate solution to the problem. You’ll not only help the person who asked you, but you might provide someone else with a project or job.
• Set up boundaries.  If you are available all the time, then you’ll probably get requests at times you can’t or don’t want to fulfil them. Consider signing off email at a certain time of day, taking time off from your computer on the weekend, or leaving the cell phone at home. Only you know what medium creates a problem for you.

Time flies ,it’ s my 6th day in Busan . found that the way the ppl here speak English is kind of cute

Scenario 1 :

Today ,during one of my lecture class , prof try to update us about H1n1 issues. haha ..guess how he start the topic with …

Prof : “you all know the influenza ?  “

Student: “????”

Prof :”the influenza A” ..

Student:”yes”

Prof: it’s very popular now  

hahah…i jz like the word popular

Scenario 2 :

When the class about to end ..

Prof : “do you all have any Question”

Student :<silent>

Prof:” if no , i will conclude the class”

again i like the word conclude ..hahaha

thanks to all the konglish that make my day ……..

起飞的前一天

时间过得真快，还来不及享受我的悠长假期。。

明天就要出发了。。

此刻的我不但没有人家所谓的兴奋，然而心中却多了小小的不安和不舍。。

不知道，未来这两年日子会如何，也有点担心自己不能适应新环境

不舍，是舍不得家人，舍不得我那“猪朋狗友” ，舍不得这里的欢乐。。

So Long, Farewell……….

Somewhere in July of 2009 , I ‘ve finally make up my mind to continue with my study perhaps my “dream” to persuade a MASTER DEGREE .

But It’s quite sad as I Going to away from Malaysia the place i live for years

Away from all my Friends who i used to hang around with for movie, for “makan –makan” ,”K session” and also who have make my life full with funs and joys

No choices that I have to say “Goodbye “ to my job @ sunway which i have been furnish with brunch of good colleagues, friends ,good “mentor” ,learning opportunity and also a place that make me a better person .

and of course far far away from my Family

Prior my departure ,Beside busy arranging my visa ,air ticket and packing I also spend some time to gather with all my buddies …

~Gathering With my LHK Family @ Shogun ,one utama ~

Meet up with Fenny ,Nicole , Kim fei and family @ shogun at about 6pm . too bad Ivan can’t make it due to unwell,Louisa was not at town and Annie was busy .

Although the food @ shogun wasn’t so good …but i had a great time that day as we hardly have time to meet up each others since I leave LHK somewhere during 2007..

~Gathering With Ex-Suncity IT Family @ Tasty Pot ,Bandar Sunway~

it’s has been months after our last meet somewhere beginning of the year 2009. so prior my leaving we organize one of the last gathering .but due to everyone busy schedule this round we didn’t manage to get everyone there.

I still remember vividly the 1st day I joined Suncity IT ,how friendly are them,how warm and fun the department was..and They are actually who take care of this blur lee shirly well.. It’s quite fun to work with all of them …Thanks you very much all the big bro and big sis…hehe

It was a busy Friday …We went there right after we log off from work .

We ordered the Seafood platter ,herbal fish and one fried mushroom .Yummy !

Going to miss of them , as they are the very 1st people i met when i stepped into office daily ,and i used to kick off my working day with their nice good morning greetings….

19-08-09 Chao Huan organized a farewell dinner for me . Poue Hong and Jia yin came to fetch me up @ office . I was still stuck in meeting so they were actually waited for me for about 20-30 minutes (so sorry gals ).

The surprise cake from all of them … TQ

~Little Farewell With SIVC Family!!~

it was my very last SIVC staff meeting . This time we had our meeting @ sunmed new office due to the new sales team members on board.Suddenly I was called by boss to stand in front of the fellow colleagues .Then only i aware of they are having a little farewell for me and Kris . It’s so touching …especially when boss recall those were my days in sivc ..my tear almost come out …

I was asked to give some speech , but i can’t really speak well at that moment (a bit anxious ..hehe and i am trying hard to control my emotion) .I was just able to say thanks you …

~Lunch With Suncity IT Family ,kwong xing chicken@ Bandar Sunway~

IT big boss organized a farewell lunch for me ….It’s @ Kwong Xing Chicken rice .

We ordered quite a lot of dishes .we have Fish ,Chicken,Pork,vegetables ,yong tau fu,soup………….The foods are quite nice ..but a little bit too expensive..It cost us RM305 for that lunch .There are about 20 of us ..

Too bad due to everyone rushing for different meeting . We are not able to take the Group Picture

Thanks you for all the support give during my working life in Suncity IT . It’s so great to work together with you all .To me you all are the family rather than colleague . I like the teamwork here ….

Time flies ,here come 21st August 2009,the last day of my working life @ Sunway. I was still very busy during my last day .Till no time to catch up with all my fellow colleagues .In fact some of them force to wait for me
