人不是鱼,怎会了解鱼的忧愁;
鱼不是鸟,怎会了解鸟的快乐;
鸟不是人,怎会了解人的荒唐;
人不是鸟,怎会了解鸟的自由;
鸟不是鱼,怎会了解鱼的深沉;
鱼不是人,怎会了解人的幼稚;

Sorry for missing in action for quite some times..hehe
Was too busy with the exams, assignment and of course the research paper.What to do ,as a student we can’t escape from all these …
So here is some update my life at the Busan city for the past few months :
It was 5th May , children day holiday here in Korea.So went to Igidae with Su Lin , Xiao Wei , Beelie and Katie. Igidae is a park surrounded by sea ,cliff and mountain. It used to be restricted area for military purpose and has been just opened to the public since 1993.
if happen you able to read “hanja” you must be wondering why this place is named as “二妓台" .yes it mean place for 2 Prostitutes. This is due to there are two Prostitutes sacrificed their life to hug Japanese generals and jump into the sea which later cause Japanese to surrender.
some pictures of the nice view of igidae .
the Cliff
This is the place where the Korean Disaster movie Hauedae was film.
The Gwanganli Bridge ~
we had Ginseng Chicken soup for our Lunch ~
It was 석가탄신일 (Seokga tansinil) holiday here in Korea.석가탄신일 mean “부처님 오신 날- the day when Buddha arrived”.So we woke up early and went for a pray at Haedong Yonggung Temple .
The lantern for Buddha’s birthday
The Main Entrance of the temple.
unlike most of the temples at korea which normally located at the mountains ,Haedong Yonggung is build on the sea surrounded with the cliffs .you will find peace in the soothing sound of the sea.
Due to it was Buddha ‘s Birthday ,there was a lot of colourful lanterns around the temple .
The Buddha ‘s hand shape chair ~
Busan Sand Festival is the one of the famous summer event in Busan .It was the 6th Haeundae beach Sand festival this year.The festival is also well know as the Korea’s only environment friendly festival with the theme of sand .
This year the festival come with 3 small themes:
The Taj Mahal~
Beside the world famous landmark sculptures ,there was some sculptures based on animation character too i.e little prince,snow white……
Beside the professional version of sculptures ,some nice sculptures as below can be found too
while we are busy “appreciating” the beauty of the sand sculptures , spotted one professional photographer busy taking the photo…see how smart he was ..
We also have a good opportunity to try out with the multinational tradisional clothes ..i.e Korean ,Chinese, Japanese ,Mexico and of course some masks too …masquerade masquerade
lost in mexico
a cute little Korean girl ,she is as pretty as a princess ~
wanted to visit tajongdae since last winter but always miss it due to weather issues .So finally able to visit taj0ongdae during Kai Lin visit at Busan .
Taejongdae was named after the 29th king of Silla Dynasty BC57~AD 935), King TaeJong Mu-Yeol (604~661). King TaeJong had traveled to many places but this was the place he enjoyed archery.
Taejongdae is famous for its rock beach and its magnificent cliffs facing the open sea.Further to this ,it has several facilities for tourists such as an observatory, an amusement park, a light house, a cruise ship terminal.
took a group photos before leaving~
